Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and balance daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Execute emergency procedures and incident reporting as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Washington State alcohol service permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation options
