Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system with zero-error accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and VIP arrangements with exceptional service standards
- Manage night audit procedures including balancing cash reports and processing payments
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with creative problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities strongly preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Valid DC security guard license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Washington DC attractions and transportation systems
