Responsibilities
- Handle check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth using PMS systems
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor security protocols and building access during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Michigan driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
