Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and services
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
