Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications, inquiries, and VIP guest requests with discretion
- Overnight security monitoring and emergency protocol coordination
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/front desk experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and transportation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
