Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during overnight shifts
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for overnight operations
- Monitor surveillance systems and enforce property security protocols
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years front desk or hospitality experience in luxury properties
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
