Responsibilities

  • Execute efficient and courteous check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Manage the hotel’s property management system (PMS) to update room status, process charges, and handle reservations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, resolving inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Conduct nightly security rounds and lobby surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.
  • Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card settlements, with strict adherence to company policies.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain the lobby and front desk area to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Prepare night audit reports and reconcile accounts at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or hospitality management certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations or a related customer service role.
  • Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
