Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and vacuuming
- Service public spaces, lobbies, and restrooms to impeccable standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs promptly
- Follow safety protocols and hotel sustainability initiatives
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
- Collaborate with overnight security and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Fort Worth location
