Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to 5-star standards
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues immediately to engineering team
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
- Coordinate with security team for access protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Valid DC work authorization and clean background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with eco-friendly cleaning chemicals
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Basic English communication skills
