Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room assignments and inventory during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and reconcile nightly reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Prepare end-of-day reports and communicate handover information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and local services
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean driving record (if required for errands)
