Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance with check-in/check-out, room requests, and concierge services
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate billing documentation
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents following established protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
- Generate daily reports and manage night audit procedures
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
