Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 via phone and in-person
- Monitor security protocols and access control systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Prepare nightly reports and manage occupancy data
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis area attractions
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
