Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying reservations and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, and relay messages promptly.
- Monitor the lobby and hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Process wake-up calls, mail, and packages for guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in reporting any maintenance issues or security concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk reception is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
