Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and efficiency during overnight hours
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols are followed
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate transportation and special requests for late-arriving guests
- Prepare end-of-night reports and transition documentation for day shift
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid certification a plus
