Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and address booking inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor hotel security and emergency protocols overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare end-of-night reports and shift summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/front desk experience required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for airport runs)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
