Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Security: Monitor building security systems, conduct nightly security patrols, and ensure guest safety.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phones, respond to guest inquiries via email and chat, and relay messages promptly.
- Operations: Process payments, post charges, and manage the property management system (PMS).
- Environment: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and common areas.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergencies calmly and coordinate with local authorities or on-site management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
