Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and special requests with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Monitor hotel security cameras and patrol common areas to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and petty cash accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Perform lobby and common area cleaning checks to maintain a pristine environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
