Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to emails and in-person inquiries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Perform nightly cleaning checks of the lobby and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for any guest requests.
- Assist with light administrative duties and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Familiarity with basic computer programs and property management systems.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
