Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on courtesy and problem-solving.
- Process all financial transactions accurately, including credit card payments and cash deposits.
- Monitor the property for safety and security, ensuring all fire exits and areas are secure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment, even during the late hours.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for the next day's arrivals.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and special requests to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
