Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage guest inquiries via email, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
  • Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage key cards and room assignments, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby common spaces.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist in training new staff members and upholding company standards during the night shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in front desk operations, customer service, or the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
