Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming calls, manage guest inquiries via email, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Manage key cards and room assignments, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members and upholding company standards during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, customer service, or the hospitality industry preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
