Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies
- Prepare nightly reports and manage reservations
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions
