As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our late arrivals and overnight guests, ensuring their stay is seamless from the moment they walk through the door. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, comfort, and efficiency of our hotel operations while enjoying the unique benefits of working the evening hours.

Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, answer phones, and respond to guest inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Room Management: Monitor room status, process wake-up calls, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for late arrivals.
- Financial Accuracy: Balance daily cash settlements and credit card transactions accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Security & Safety: Conduct regular security sweeps of the lobby and public areas to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Process invoices, handle post-night deposits, and maintain accurate guest files and records.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
