We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in New York City. As the face of our hotel during the evening hours, you will set the tone for a restful and secure stay for our guests arriving late or requiring assistance overnight.

Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card management.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, handling inquiries and taking accurate messages.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Process guest payments and resolve any immediate issues or complaints with a calm, empathetic demeanor.
- Assist with wake-up calls and coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs or early arrivals.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby environment throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Must be highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
