Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard with a professional, welcoming tone.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the facility to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Assist guests with inquiries, local recommendations, and special requests to exceed expectations.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Perform light maintenance duties, such as restocking amenities or reporting maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of guest information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
