Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for all guests arriving and departing during the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of the property, staff, and guests at all times.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and any special requests they may have.
- Handle minor guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to the manager.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and accurate bank deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
