As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be the first point of contact for our late-night guests, ensuring their comfort and safety while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management during the evening and overnight hours.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and audit functions using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure public areas are pristine throughout the night.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
