We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Night Shift Hospitality Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments with precision.
- Conduct the night audit, ensuring all financial reports and operational logs are accurate and completed.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises and guests throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in-person to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure guest rooms are prepared for the next day's arrivals.
- Monitor and manage key card access systems for staff and guests.
- Handle minor maintenance issues and report major repairs to the maintenance department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a professional demeanor.
