Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling during night hours.
- Perform night audits, reconciling financial transactions and preparing end-of-day reports.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure security and safety for guests and staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the property and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in wake-up calls and coordinate with housekeeping for morning preparations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or night auditing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
