As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the face of the hotel during the evening hours. Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests arriving and departing during the night shift.
- Assist with wake-up calls, room service coordination, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform nightly security rounds, including parking lot and exterior inspections, to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Process payments, verify charges, and balance daily revenue reports accurately.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to maintain a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
