Your Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct nightly rounds to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person during the late hours.
- Process payments, reconcile daily housekeeping reports, and manage key inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in the lobby and public areas throughout the night.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, to ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with hotel management software.
