Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight operations including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services for overnight guest requests
- Manage front desk operations including reservation management and billing inquiries
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare operational reports for management review
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New York State Security Guard License preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
