Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues to guest satisfaction
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct nightly room inspections and prepare reports for management review
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, especially in overnight operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for valet duties
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
