Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service and check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests
- Manage security protocols and monitor hotel premises during night hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow established protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid New York State driver's license (for valet positions)
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
