Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and respond to overnight inquiries
- Conduct nightly room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Operate front desk POS systems and process payments
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for urgent repairs
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for valet duties)
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
