Responsibilities
- Conduct Night Audits: Perform nightly financial reconciliation, close out guest folios, and prepare daily reports with high accuracy.
- Guest Services: Welcome late arrivals, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Housekeeping Oversight: Monitor housekeeping staff during the night shift to ensure rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for the next day's arrivals.
- Security & Safety: Patrol common areas, lobby, and parking garage to ensure the safety of guests and property. Monitor security systems and fire alarms.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, elevators, and restrooms throughout the night.
- Communication: Relay important messages to the front desk management team and coordinate with the breakfast service staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills for cash handling, and proficiency with POS systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
