Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Perform nightly audits of hotel facilities and amenities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and reconciliation
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
