Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including balancing daily reports and financial settlements.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins, check-outs, and luggage storage with efficiency and grace.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety, security, and privacy of guests and property throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas to meet our premium standards.
- Assist in coordinating with day staff to ensure a seamless transition of information and guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night auditing is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong customer-first mindset.
