Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with prompt resolution
- Complete nightly audit reports and financial transactions accurately
- Conduct security patrols of property premises and parking areas
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
