Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security throughout the night.
- Perform nightly housekeeping inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local directions, and services via phone or in person.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the front desk POS system accurately.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
