Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-ins, check-outs, and late-night requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Manage cash handling and nightly reconciliation procedures
- Perform routine inspections of public areas and amenities
- Assist with emergency response and crisis management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for airport runs)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Must pass background check and drug screening
