Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving guests with efficiency and a smile.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and maintain a safe environment for all staff and patrons.
- Process credit cards, reconcile daily revenue, and complete the night audit report.
- Answer incoming phone lines and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat platforms.
- Ensure common areas, lobby, and restrooms are clean and presentable throughout the night.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or auditing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in hotel PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
