Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing transactions accurately
- Prepare daily reports and maintain detailed guest records
- Ensure all public areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license for valet services (if applicable)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
