Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and issue resolution
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols during overnight hours
- Coordinate housekeeping services for late arrivals and urgent guest requests
- Handle emergency protocols and incident reporting procedures
- Operate reservation systems and manage night audit processes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for property patrols)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluent English bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
