Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Perform nightly room inspections and report maintenance issues
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight tasks
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Prepare shift reports for morning management team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
