Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Manage inventory and restock amenities, linens, and supplies efficiently
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment including extractors, buffers, and high-capacity vacuums
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Document maintenance issues and collaborate with engineering teams for timely resolution
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality assurance checklists
- Provide discreet, professional guest interactions during late-night requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify subtle cleaning deficiencies
- Basic knowledge of MSDS protocols for cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
