Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hospitality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens while maintaining par levels
- Operate commercial-grade equipment including floor buffers and carpet extractors
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow detailed checklists and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with overnight security and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or custodial experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown location
