Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to hotel safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before shift end
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for on-site shuttle service)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions
