Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using advanced techniques and eco-friendly products
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while operating industrial equipment
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and quality control standards
- Coordinate with security and engineering teams for seamless operations
- Handle confidential guest materials with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare rooms for next-day arrivals with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel environments
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid NYC work permit and clean background check
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper chemical handling
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and strong communication abilities
