Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow proper sanitation protocols for high-touch surfaces and public spaces
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and ensure proper linen turnover
- Handle special requests with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and room status reports
- Collaborate with security team during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (required for property transportation)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
