Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds according to strict hotel standards, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and reporting maintenance issues.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests professionally and respectfully, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
